• Where is the store based?

  Schnaittach, Germany

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Germany is local for me. Everything else is international.

• Do you offer personalized commissions / artwork for commercial use?

  Within my shop you have the opportunity to buy a commission that allows me a lot of freedom and comfort zonyness - meaning, I will be quicker and create artwork that is to my taste. This is so much fun to me, that I can offer a cheaper rate.

  If you want a regular business commission with stricter rules and outlines for me to follow or commercial use afterwards, regular business prices apply. In that case, please write an email to [email protected]

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Let me know, if you need your shipment by a specific date.

  If you ordered a drawing as well, the shipment will go out once the drawing is done. Depending on my workload that can be up to 2 weeks until the letter/parcel leaves my place.

  Allow for international shipment 2-3 weeks (depending on the carrier).
  I will send your order out within 3 days. Should any circumstance prevent me from sending within 3 days, I will keep you updated.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
